To ensure a healthy and stress-free environment, absolutely NO sedation will be used. This is dangerous if not under vet supervision and will not be used under any circumstances.
Many pets are scared or anxious, which is why they act up... many times, with soothing tones and a gentle, calm technique most of these pets will relax.
However, in extreme cases, if the pet gets too stressed, the groom will be stopped immediately and will be referred to a vet groomer.
